I hit a pot-hole, while on my Emmo GT80 scooter, the other day. The tire went completely flat, and the rim was bent. Since the motor is built into the rear wheel,on this model,the whole thing would have needed to be replaced. I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5. I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate. Read more

My external hard drive stopped working and I had a lot of important data on it as I am a professor at Ryerson and had all my students assignments on it so naturally I panic and called best buy (worst decision ever), they told me my drive was totally dead and it would cost $1650 - $2000 for the recovery.
