Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.

Vivid stone panels and Tile took care of all my needs...plus. The person who did my backsplash was punctual,well organized,knowledgeable.....and most of all did excellent work, at a normal price. I love Canadian Tire and yes it can be a pain looking for a product but most stores operate this way. It is a self serve business model which has been in effect for years since I worked for one of their stores back in the 1970's.

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

Tony from Okanagan Ceiling Refinishers had to return after he found out there were a few blemishes on my newly painted ceiling (after I removed a wall for the new kitchen/ great room and had a drywaller do the patching and texture matching - as I didn't know about this company at the time)... he then re-textured the entire ceiling and it is truly great! I was treated with the utmost respect both times and they are extremely good at making sure there is the least amount of disruption and no mess!
